All is free of charge, we’ll ask to our transporter to take back the faulty unit and after receiving it back if our inspectors confirm the product contains a flaw we can predispose a full refund or a product substitution. Please include a letter with your return explaining the issue and asking for a substitution or refund.
Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
How to apply for a Warranty issue:

Please attach clear picture of the quality defect to your e-mail (max 2 Mb picture)
We’ll start immediately the procedure to solve your warranty issue
If you purchased our product in one of our dealers shop, you must apply a warranty return directly with them but conditions will remain the ones above.
WRONG or missing item
If you receive a wrong item (not corresponding to your order) or there is a product missing in the parcel, a free substitution or a new delivery will be effected.
Please kindly check the package carefully and send us picture of the box and its label along with your order number and wrong or missing product's name.
In case it will be not possible to predispose a new delivery a refund will be predisposed.
If you need to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, you have to contact our support team at email@example.com we'll help you return your current order and to predispose a substitution. You can decide to return any item you ordered for a product exchange or for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
If you want to exchange the size or to change for a different product, our support team will help you to have it done. You must send back the items unworn/unused in their original state, with tags, label, package. In that case, customers pays shipping fees both ways (returned item and replacement). You can verify transport costs for your country at the Shipping & Handling page.
If you want to exchange for a different product, the price must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product or a payment for the price difference must be predisposed.
If the item is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
Any refund issued not for warranty reasons will be applied deducting transport costs, we'll refund the price you purchased your item.
You must predispose a parcel or bag with the product to be shipped back in which you have to write the following address:

What you have to know about returns:
All goods will be inspected on return. The items returned should be in their original condition, unused and unworn .
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Where possible, returned items should include tags, labels and any original packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.
Custom products, designed and manufactured appositely for third parties, are not eligible for returns, changes or refund.
We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address if we don’t receive any information about address variation.
